Welltech Medical hosts a community of emotional, behavioural and mental health support practitioners.
We only take on board clinicians who are fully qualified and registered with the appropriate professional bodies. Before joining us, all clinicians have to provide evidence of their qualifications, professional association/registration, and a valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check for those working with children, as evidence of Safer Recruitment.
Once the clinician checks have been performed, we enter into a contract with the practitioner whereupon they must also sign to acknowledge the conditions of our Onboarding Policy.
Review & Feedback
We regularly monitor the quality of the service delivered by our practitioners. One of the ways we do this is to invite feedback from our clients as soon as any appointment is completed.
We love to hear positive reviews about our clinicians, and many clients like to get in touch to tell us about the fantastic support they have received. However, we continually strive to do better and if you have had a negative experience, or would like to tell us how to improve our provision we would also like to hear from you. Please contact us, or follow the steps in our Complaints Policy if you wish to raise a concern.
