About:-
Dr Imasogie works across both the NHS and private sector. She has trained in various settings including both outpatient and inpatient services, and has a broad range of experience in the assessment and treatment of young people with the following presentations: • Neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism & ADHD • Anxiety, depression, & OCD • Eating disorders • Medically unexplained symptoms & paediatric liaison presentations. • Emergency presentations • Bipolar disorder and psychosis

Approach:-
Dr Imasogie uses a holistic and psychosocial model to assess and provide diagnoses and formulations for young people in emotional distress. She will work collaboratively with young people and their families to provide individualised treatment plans.

Area of Expertise:-
Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS); neurodevelopmental (ADHD and ASD) with their various comorbidities (depression, anxiety , emotional dysregulation, OCD, psychosis).

Qualifications & Experience:-
Having completed her medical training (MBBS) in Nigeria in 2003, Dr Imasogie went on to do her junior core psychiatry training (2007 -2010) which comprised of child & adolescent, learning disability, drugs and alcohol adult, older age, forensic, neurology psychiatry rotations in the Neuropsychiatric hospital Aro, Nigeria. Following this she moved to UK and received her Membership with the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 2014. She then went on to complete her Specialty Higher training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry through the highly renowned St Mary’s Training scheme with significant experience in the assessment and management of childhood emotional and mental health disorders. Subsequently, Dr Imasogie achieved her Certificate of Eligibility for Specialist Registration through the Combined Programme – CESR(CP) in 2018.
