About:-
Many of us struggle with ourselves or life experiences. It can feel a huge step to reach out for help; it takes courage to open up about issues that cause pain and difficulties. I believe that having the space to explore your concerns and feelings, no matter what they are, can bring the opportunity to heal and make the changes you wish for.

Approach:-
I am an integrative counsellor which means my client work is informed by different approaches: Transpersonal; Psychodynamic and Person-Centred. In your first session I will invite you to talk through your reasons for attending counselling. This will include details of your current life circumstances as well as some details of your family background and history. I understand that this is not always easy to do and it can take time to trust; so I will always be mindful of this and go at your pace. Counselling sessions will be reviewed regularly.

Area of Expertise:-
Specialist knowledge in life-limiting illness; grief and bereavement.

Qualifications & Experience:-
I'm a BACP Accredited counsellor and hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling from the Counselling & Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB).
