My name is Jakub Grzegrzolka, but most people call me Kuba. I am a therapist and researcher passionate about improving therapy effectiveness. I take an individual approach to each person because I recognise the unique nature of mental health problems.
Everything that happens in the therapy room is shaped by experience and research. You leave the session with a new perspective and feel empowered to take control of your life. We start focusing on your problems from the first session. No need for unnecessary paperwork, labels, or rigid instructions. I won't give you a 'quick fix', but support you in getting to the bottom of your problem & making your own meaningful decisions. Regardless of what it is that bothers you, I will be working with you to help you understand the problem and find a way to feel better. This might involve finding a way to resolve the problem or if that’s not possible finding a way to cope with it better.

Qualifications & Experience:-
An eight year journey through higher education helped me become a qualified and accredited psychotherapist. I have a BSc in Psychology, MSc in Clinical & Health Psychology and PgCert & PgDip in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Having the experience of working in Leeds and Manchester at both low-intensity and high-intensity settings within NHS services I have worked with mental health problems of various origins and severity. I regularly take part in additional clinical training. Over the last four years I have pursued psychotherapy training in Method of Levels therapy (MOL) which shapes my current approach alongside CBT therapy..
