About:-
As an integrative therapist, Oliver is trained and experienced in a range of therapies, specialising in psychodynamic, existential and humanistic modalities. By drawing on a range of techniques, Oliver finds the method that best suits each client. Oliver is registered with the BACP and adheres to the professional code of conduct to maintain a confidential and professional service. Oliver has experience of working with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, finding one’s purpose, eating disorders, relationships, creative block, addiction, self-harm, LGBTQI+ and more.

Approach:-
Each of us is controlled by thoughts, feelings, reactions and other processes that operate outside of our consciousness. Psychodynamic therapy - which is the modality Oliver specialises in - works to uncover and examine some of the causes that lie behind the presenting issues to increase one’s understanding of oneself.

Oliver has experience of working with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, finding one’s purpose, eating disorders, relationships, creative block, addiction, self-harm, LGBTQI+ and more.

Qualifications & Experience:-
Oliver currently works in private practice but, previously, he has worked as a school therapist, for the NHS and for charities providing therapy. Oliver is an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and has an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Humanistic Therapy.

Appointment Type:-
Adult appointments only. 50 minute weekly sessions either face-to-face or remotely via Skype, Zoom or over the phone.
