Evolving the State of Revision Knee Arthroplasty
One of the most comprehensive hinge revision knee systems, with femoral size starting from 53 mm in AP and tibial size starting from 55 mm in ML. It has the smallest box in the industry and is the only system to accommodate femoral augment in the hinge knee. A non-weight-bearing hinge gives the surgeon a choice to balance the knee with multiple sizes of insert and hinge shoulder extension, giving stability to the joint in the absence of collateral ligaments. The versatile system also accepts femoral/tibial cones and sleeves for a significant bone defect. Its surgeon-friendly and accurate instruments make the surgery easier and more precise.
Femoral Component
- Femoral component available in 6 sizes starting from 53 mm
- The smallest box in its category, reducing bone loss significantly
- Very robust locking mechanism with extension rod primary locking with taper locking technology and secondary locking by a femoral locking screw
- Central non-weight bearing hinge with two different sizes of shoulder extension screws for optimal engagement with tibia
Offset Extension Rods
- Offset extension rod are having inbuilt offset of 0mm, 2mm, 4mm and 6mm, without any adaptor, reducing the chance of lock failure and reducing the chances of anterior cortex fracture.
- Offset ext rods are grid balsted and fluted, making them suitable for both cemented or uncemnted.
- Comprehensive sizing option available , starting from 8mm -20mm in thickness and 40mm to 160mm in length.

Tibial Insert
- Inserts are in full congruency with femoral giving high contact area, 700 mm2 in extension and 400 mm2 in flexion
- Inserts are available in 7 sizes of thickness starting from 10 mm up to 26 mm
- Deep anterior cutout is provided for patellar tendon relief in mid to high flexion.
- Inserts are made of UHMWPE from Orthoplastics UK.

Tibial Tray
- Tibial available in 6 sizes, starting from 55 mm in ML
- Tibial is at 0° posterior slope with keel
- Highly polished surface with secure lock technology to allow rotation up to 22° internal and external
- Very robust locking mechanism with extension rod, primary locking with taper locking technology, and secondary locking by tibial locking screw
- Accepts cemented tibial augments, both half and full
